It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion for spiritual guidance and intuitive insight. As a small business, Moriah's Spirit prides itself on personal attention and dedication to every detail. My approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything I do reflects my commitment to excellence for those newly awakened to the spiritual path, going through a life transition, or facing end of life.

What happens after I request a session?

Once you submit your request, I receive it directly and read it with care. I take 1–3 days to feel into the energy of what you’re asking for and to determine whether I’m the right person to support you in this season of your life. This is an intentional part of my process — it keeps the work relational, not transactional.

Is my request automatically accepted?

No. I honor the integrity of this work by making sure each connection is aligned. If it feels like a good fit, I’ll reach out with available dates and next steps. If it’s not aligned, I’ll let you know with clarity and kindness.

Do I pay when I submit the request?

No. You never pay upfront.
Payment only happens after I’ve agreed to work with you and we’ve established the container together. At that point, I’ll send an invoice with the details.  

What happens between my request and scheduling the session?

After I review your request and we agree that working together feels aligned, I’ll send you an invoice. Once the invoice is paid, I’ll follow up with an email that includes available dates and times for your session. This ensures the container is fully established before we schedule anything, and it keeps the process clear, intentional, and grounded for both of us.

How will I know my session is confirmed?

Once payment is received and you’ve selected a time, I’ll send a confirmation email along with the Microsoft Teams link for your session. or I will call you if you are local to set up a time to meet in your home or other public place- I love Pettibone Park.

What if I need support between sessions?

If you’re in a package that includes weekly check‑ins, you’re welcome to reach out during those times. Outside of that, you are responsible for initiating contact when you need support — I don’t monitor or chase. This honors your agency and keeps the work grounded in mutual responsibility.
Everyone — whether local or remote — will have a dedicated Teams chat connected to their session. You can use that chat anytime you need to reach out between sessions or check‑ins. It keeps everything in one place and allows us to stay connected without sharing personal phone numbers.

How are sessions held?

If you’re local to Onalaska, WI, I can meet in person within a 50‑mile radius. Otherwise, all sessions are held through a secure Microsoft Teams video call.

What is your cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policy?

I take my commitments seriously and will always show up for our scheduled time. I also understand that life happens and things come up. Cancellations are welcome with at least 24 hours’ notice. When a cancellation occurs, we will reschedule your session, as all services are non‑refundable.
If you are running late, I offer a 10‑minute grace period. After 10 minutes, I will send a message through your dedicated Teams chat to reschedule.
No‑shows are not tolerated.
If you do not arrive and do not communicate, the session is considered used. This boundary protects the integrity of the work and honors the time and energy held for you.

Who qualifies for the sliding fee scale, and how do I request it?

Sliding Fee Scale


A sliding fee scale is available by request for those in genuine financial need. This includes military members, active or veteran, who may request the sliding scale at the 65+ rate.


Clients under 65 may request the sliding scale.


Clients 65 and older — and military clients — receive a reduced rate in recognition of fixed‑income realities and the unique burdens carried in service.


The cost should never deter someone who truly needs support.


When requesting the sliding scale, please include your age or military status, and I will consider all requests with care and understanding.

 

Please remember that you pay me nothing upfront for doula services until I agree to offer services and you agree to the rate.  

Why are your services non‑refundable?

When you book a session, I hold that time, energy, and space specifically for you. I prepare for each session with intention, and I commit fully to showing up. Because of this, all services are non‑refundable. Even if a session is rescheduled, the container has already been created and the time has been reserved.
This policy protects the integrity of the work, honors the energetic and practical commitment on both sides, and ensures that the space we enter together is held with clarity and respect.
